ABOUT US
We are a team of international entrepreneurs with extensive experience across various industries in Europe, the United States, and South America. Recognizing the increasing challenges faced by the world today, we decided to take action to support the less privileged, particularly in Colombia.
Fundación RoKaS was established in early 2025, inspired by the names of our founding members: Roberto, Kajetano, and Sandra. Our primary focus areas include supporting people and animals, fostering a healthier environment for everyone, and promoting affordable and even “do-it-yourself” housing solutions.
THE AMAZONAS - THE LUNG OF THE WORLD
Deep within the heart of South America lies the Amazon Rainforest, a vast, pulsating entity often called "the lungs of the world." Stretching over nine countries, it breathes life into the planet, producing 20% of Earth's oxygen and harboring countless secrets beneath its emerald canopy.
In the midst of its dense greenery, a young Yagua boy named Kai roamed freely, learning the rhythms of the forest. His tribe, guardians of the Amazon for generations, understood its power and fragility. Kai marveled at the symphony of life—the chatter of monkeys, the rustle of jaguars, and the whispers of ancient trees towering above.
One day, Kai discovered a section of forest eerily silent. The vibrant greens were replaced with charred trunks and ash—a scar left by loggers and fires. His heart ached as he recalled the tales of his elders, who spoke of the Amazon as a giver and taker, a balance that must be preserved.
Determined, Kai rallied his community to replant and protect what had been lost. Together, they nurtured seedlings and built partnerships with allies far beyond the forest, raising awareness of the Amazon’s vital role. Slowly, life returned to the barren ground, and the symphony resumed.
Kai’s efforts were a reminder to the world: the Amazon’s breath sustains us all. Its future depends not only on those who call it home but on every soul who benefits from its gifts. For as long as the Amazon thrives, so too does the world.
WASTE MANAGEMENT in the Amazon
Waste management in the Amazon Rainforest is a complex challenge due to its vast, remote terrain and the intersection of traditional lifestyles, modern development, and environmental preservation.
The Amazon’s waste management issues underscore a broader need for global support. Sustainable practices, mindful tourism, and international partnerships can help preserve this critical ecosystem. By addressing waste, we protect not only the Amazon but the planet's well-being.
PEOPLE of the Amazon and Rural Colombia
Education should be accessible to everyone. In rural areas of Colombia, many children still lack access to education — whether due to inadequate transportation or the absence of nearby schools. Our Fundación is dedicated to making education available to all.
We collaborate with governments to integrate children into the education system and rely on support from you. By dedicating your time, you can make a difference in the lives of our youth.
